Resources: Books
We look forward to sharing with you books we would personally recommend as they have supported us through our grief journey, including why and what stage of grief they best supported us. Remember, your grief journey is an individual one and we had to “try-on” many options to find what fit for us. If you find the book is eliciting strong emotions and not providing support or comfort, put it down and try another. Through our journey we’ve put down many books to try again and will continue to do so.

However, as time has passed, I’ve appreciated the vulnerability and honesty this book provides.
